From a hobby to a dedicated watchmaking workshop.

My name is Csató Ákos, and I'm the founder and watchmaker behind Watch Laboratory.

What started five years ago as a simple curiosity about how watches work has gradually grown into an independent workshop specializing in mechanical watch servicing and restoration.

Today, I work with intricate movements and challenging vintage restorations, combining specialized training, professional Swiss watchmaking equipment, and a constant desire to improve my craft.

Along the way, I began sharing my work on Instagram. What started as a way to document my progress has grown into a community, with my videos now reaching hundreds of thousands of people every month.

Despite how much things have changed, my approach remains the same: taking my time, paying attention to the smallest details, and treating every watch as if it were my own.
